You have 14 days from your enrollment date to request a full refund, no questions asked. This gives you time to explore the course materials and decide if it's right for you.

Partial Refunds

Between 15 and 30 days after enrollment, you may qualify for a partial refund based on the course content you've accessed. We calculate this proportionally to ensure fairness.

After 30 Days

Once you've had access for more than 30 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We consider extenuating circumstances and work with you to find a solution.

How the Refund Process Works

Our team reviews your request based on the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. We check your course access history and any relevant circumstances you've mentioned. If we need additional information, we'll reach out directly.

Decision Notification

You'll receive a detailed email explaining whether your refund has been approved and, if so, how much you'll receive. We aim to be transparent about our decision-making process. If your request is denied, we explain why and discuss alternative options.

Processing and Payment

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. The actual time it takes for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. We provide a transaction reference number for your records.

Refunds are processed back to the card you used for the original purchase. Most banks take 5-10 business days to show the credit on your statement, though some might be faster.

If you paid via direct bank transfer, we'll need your current bank account details to process the refund. Send these securely through our verification process to protect your information.

Refunds go back to your PayPal account automatically. You should see the funds within 3-5 business days once we've initiated the refund on our end.

Payment Plans

If you're on a payment plan and request a refund, we calculate the refund based on payments already made minus any content accessed. Future scheduled payments are immediately cancelled.

Any refund due is processed to your original payment method for the plan.

Important Things to Remember

  • Refund requests must come from the email address associated with your enrollment. This helps us verify your identity and process things securely.
  • If you received a promotional discount or used a coupon code, your refund is calculated based on the amount you actually paid, not the original price.
  • Bundle purchases are assessed individually. If you bought multiple courses together, we evaluate each one separately when considering refund eligibility.
  • Access to course materials is revoked once a refund is processed. You won't be able to download or view any content after the refund goes through.
  • Certificates of completion cannot be retained if you receive a refund. We revoke all credentials associated with refunded courses.
  • Special circumstances like medical emergencies or family situations are considered even outside standard timeframes. We're human and understand life happens.
  • Technical issues on our end that prevented proper course access are always grounds for a refund, regardless of timing. Document any problems you experience.
